Vendor Requirements

All vendors are required to have a Colorado Special Event Sales Tax License number.

We are looking for:

  • Handmade goods made by you
  • Original designs created by you

We do not accept:

  • MLMs
  • Resellers
  • AI generated art

Applying

Applications are available during Maker Calls and are typically open for 2 to 5 days.

Please do not contact us through social media regarding vendor spots, as messages are often missed.

Scam Warning

We never offer vendor spots through social media comments or direct messages. Applications are accepted only through our official application process. Carolyn is the only person who handles vendor acceptance.

Selection Process

Our markets are intentionally small and family-friendly. To maintain variety, we limit the number of vendors in each category.

Applications are reviewed based on:

  • Professionalism
  • Fit for the venue and available space
  • Category diversity

Due to high demand, acceptance is not guaranteed.

Acceptance & Waitlists

Accepted vendors will receive an email notification.

If you are waitlisted, please know it is often due to category limits and space availability. When multiple applicants fit the same category, selections may be made randomly.

Sales Tax

Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable sales taxes.
